Darwin Dykstra joined Kerkstra Precast as a production and shipping manager in 1990 after graduating from Dordt College in 1982. Starting in 1995, Darwin transitioned into our field department serving as our field foreman. Darwin worked on high profile jobs such as Balcom’s Cove, Grand Rapids YMCA, Andrew’s University, and the Forest Hills Performing Arts Center.  Then, after 11 years in our field department, Darwin joined our sales team as an estimator.  Darwin’s extensive experience in our production and field services departments make him an asset to our sales and estimating team.  His daily responsibilities include quoting and budgeting projects for our salesman and working with customers to find the most economical way to construct their projects.
