Detailer

Seeking an experienced CAD Detailer with a strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, the ability to read blue prints and good mathematical & organizational skills. We are a fast-paced growing company offering a full time CAD Detailer for our Precast concrete floors & wall products. AutoCAD 2000 experience necessary. Production Crew Leader

Kerkstra Precast has opportunites for highly motivated, effective leaders to join our production management team as crew leaders. Successful candidates must be dedicated to safely producing high quality concrete products while leading a team of 5 - 10 production employees. Proven ability to manage people and the manufacturing process required. Must be able to read blueprints and have a working knowledge of construction, layout and finishing.

Project Manager

Seeking an experienced project manager with a BA from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in project management. Manages and oversees contract, quotes, schedules, and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer, engineers, sales, manufacturing, and detailing. Must be proactive in managing multiple projects to meet schedules and continuous improvement. Construction or precast experience a plus.

Quality Control Technician

Seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the position of Quality Control Tech at our Grandville, MI location.  This individual inspects and certifies finished concrete products for conformance to shop drawings.  Maintains quality control records, reports and tests.  Follows quality control procedures.  Must be detail oriented, have the ability to read blue prints, work independently, and possess a working knowledge of concrete testing procedures. The successful candidate will interact with employees in several departments using excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong computer skills, and have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.  Individuals must be reliable and hard working with an excellent proven attendance record.
