MSU Parking Deck

This Michigan State University parking structure is a Brownfield redevelopment project of the old Michigan State Police Training Center. The parking structure was a critical portion of the project, in order for the remainder of the project to be successful the parking structure had to be constructed during winter conditions. The 173,221 square feet of pre-topped double tees allowed the parking structure to be installed with minimal cast in place concrete work under the cold winter conditions.
