Gun Lake Cottage + Barn

With precast concrete stairs, wall panels, and hollowcore, this cottage on Gun lake is a total precast home. The insulated wall panels with vertical barn board exterior and smooth trowel interior finish create an extremely energy-efficient, quiet, and maintenance-free structure. Hollowcore plank floor system assists in creating a wide-open floor plan. Overall, the construction lasted only three days. This project, completed in 2017, has wood formliner finish. The owner also had a barn done with precast.
