Edward Duffy

A total precast solution for both the office and the warehouse.  Concrete walls and columns provided a durable interior while the beams and hollowcore allowed for ample open spaces.  Thin brick is embedded in the exterior faces of the office panels near the entrance, giving the building great street appeal.  The rest of the building was completed with more economical structural concrete.

Precast was the ideal solution for this project, meeting all the needs with one versatile building material.  Make it a Kerkstra build.
