SkyVue

This parking garage was different than most by allowing residents direct access from each level of the parking garage to the residential floors. Unlike the residential floors the retail space lower level was unsecured parking. In order for delivery and maintenance vehicles to have access to the residential structure the lower level had a 22’ high ceiling height. SkyVue was built in under nine weeks, providing immediate access for construction crews and proved the versatility of precast concrete.
