Insulated concrete panels were used to achieve the goal to suppress the sound from concerts. The panels allowed all sound to be reduced to within the structure. The building trades used in this structure are more diverse than the numerous functions it serves. Combining cast in place concrete, structural steel, masonry, and precast concrete is always a challenging task. Delivery times were crucial working with so many other producers and were planned well in advance to allow for a seamless schedule.
